Temmuz 2015&#8217;te kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7acak olan Sunsetpark Caddebostan projesinin, \u00e7evre dostu bina \u00f6zellikleri LEED sertifikas\u0131 ile uluslararas\u0131 alanda tescil ettiriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Altensis firmas\u0131n\u0131n dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ye\u015fil bina s\u00fcrecinin ard\u0131ndan, Sunsetpark Caddebostan&#8217;da ev sahibi olanlar ve ya\u015fayanlar daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerji f\u0131rsatlar\u0131na sahip olacaklar. Kentpark Gayrimenkul Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Serta\u00e7 K\u0131y\u0131c\u0131, projeye y\u00f6nelik \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ya\u015fam konusunda risk arz eden binan\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131larak yerine yenisinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 olarak tarif edebilece\u011fimiz kentsel yenileme alan\u0131nda \u0130stanbul&#8217;da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir potansiyel ve gereklilik oldu\u011fu ortada Kentsel yenileme kapsam\u0131nda deprem, sel benzeri felaketlere kar\u015f\u0131 tehdit arz eden binalar\u0131n yerini daha sa\u011flam binalar al\u0131yor. Ancak biz sadece sa\u011flam bina yapmakla, sadece g\u00fcvenlik ve sosyal a\u00e7\u0131dan standartlar\u0131 y\u00fckseltmekle yetinilmemesi gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. \u0130stanbul \u00f6zelinde hareketlenen kentsel yenilemenin ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00fclke ekonomisi i\u00e7in bir f\u0131rsat\u0131 da b\u00fcnyesinde bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz.
