T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de yap\u0131lacak binalar\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n enerji performans\u0131n\u0131n C seviyesinde olmas\u0131 gerekirken, Bakanl\u0131k, B seviyesindeki binalar i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 4.5, A seviyesindekiler i\u00e7in ise y\u00fczde 5 faiz deste\u011fi sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bakanl\u0131k, \u00e7evreci bina i\u00e7in di\u011fer \u015fartlar\u0131 yerine getirenlere bu faiz deste\u011fini ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde kademeli art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in Hazine M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Projelerin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 60 sertifika s\u00fcrecini y\u00fcr\u00fcten Altensis Firmas\u0131n\u0131n<\/p>\n<p>Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi Emre Il\u0131cal\u0131, proje baz\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6stermekle birlikte LEED i\u00e7in 50 bin metrekare ve \u00fcst\u00fcnde yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 bin dolar, Breeam i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 bin sterlin sertifika bedelleri oldu\u011funa ve bina i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonraki \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlere g\u00f6re sertif\u0131kasyonun aday s\u00fcrecinden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.
