T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada ye\u015fil bina kriterlerine uygun tasarlan\u0131p i\u015fletilen otellerin say\u0131s\u0131 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. ABD&#8217;nin \u00f6nde gelen ara\u015ft\u0131rma kurulu\u015fu McGraw Hill&#8217;in son raporuna g\u00f6re; otel zincirlerinin sahip oldu\u011fu binalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 50&#8217;sinden fazlas\u0131 ye\u015fil sertifikal\u0131 olanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 28 seviyesindeydi. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise bu oran y\u00fczde 64&#8217;e ula\u015facak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Altensis kurucu orta\u011f\u0131 Emre Il\u0131cal\u0131, \u00e7evre dostu turizm yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na ilginin 4 y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 128&#8217;den fazla art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Il\u0131cal\u0131 sadece yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n de\u011fil, d\u00fcnyay\u0131 gezmek, dinlenmek ve e\u011flenmek i\u00e7in seyahate \u00e7\u0131kan turistlerin ve k\u00fcresel anla\u015fmalar yapan firmalar\u0131n da ye\u015fil otellere ilgisinin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ye\u015fil otellerde doluluk oranlar\u0131n\u0131n ve sirk\u00fclasyonun daha y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Nitekim \u00e7evre dostu otel sahiplerinin y\u00fczde 83&#8217;\u00fc m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyetinde art\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu belirtti. Il\u0131cal\u0131, &#8220;Hem turistlerin tercihinin \u00e7evre dostu otellere kaymas\u0131 hem de ye\u015fil binalarda uygulanan kriterlerin i\u015fletme ve operasyonel maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmesi ye\u015fil otel yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 tetikliyor&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00dcLK DE\u011eER\u0130 DE Y\u00dcZDE 11 ARTTI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re ye\u015fil otel i\u015fletmecilerinin y\u00fczde 50&#8217;sinin y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam operasyonel maliyetleri farkl\u0131 oranlarda azal\u0131rken, y\u00fczde 70&#8217;inin enerji maliyetleri y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama y\u00fczde 15 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 70&#8217;inden fazlas\u0131 m\u00fclk de\u011ferinde ortalama y\u00fczde 11, bina yat\u0131r\u0131m geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerinde de ortalama y\u00fczde 15 art\u0131\u015f oldu. Il\u0131cal\u0131 &#8220;B\u00fct\u00fcn bu sonu\u00e7lar ye\u015fil bina sistemlerinin talep etti\u011fi enerji verimli uygulamalar, su verimlili\u011fi, at\u0131k y\u00f6netimi gibi uygulamalar\u0131n bina i\u015fletme ve bak\u0131m maliyetlerine olan azalt\u0131c\u0131 etkisi sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bu oranlar\u0131 daha da artt\u0131rmak yine otel yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve i\u015fletmecisinin elinde&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu. Bunun da son kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n bu konuda fark\u0131ndal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli i\u015fareti oldu\u011funu dile getiren Il\u0131cal\u0131, ye\u015fil bina konseptinin sadece verimlilikten ibaret olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda kullan\u0131c\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve konforunu da hedefledi\u011fini dile getirdi. USA TODAY kaynakl\u0131 habere g\u00f6re, Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, Sheraton gibi d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen otel zincirleri art\u0131k ye\u015fil bina sertifikal\u0131 otellere sahip olmay\u0131 hedefliyor. Bu da konaklama sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm anlam\u0131nda tetikliyor. \u00dclkemizde de \u00f6zellikle Kanal \u0130stanbul ve 3.
