Serkan Emin \u201cBu konuya Avrupa ve Amerika ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda biraz ge\u00e7 girmi\u015f olsak da, ekonomimizde ve gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde yakalam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz g\u00f6receli y\u00fcksek b\u00fcy\u00fcme oranlar\u0131 ile aray\u0131 kapatmaya aday\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suyu ve Enerjiyi Verimli Kullanan Binalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gayrimenkulde bug\u00fcne kadar in\u015faat\u0131 bitmi\u015f sertifikal\u0131 ye\u015fil binalar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan y\u00fczde 70\u2019lik pay ile lider konumda olduklar\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan Altensis kurucusu Serkan Emin, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ye\u015fil bina sertifikas\u0131 dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda kurulan ilk firma olarak pek \u00e7ok proje ve b\u00f6lgeyi ilk kez \u00e7evre dostu kriterlerle tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n gururunu ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilkleri say\u0131lacak sertifikalara sahip projelerden \u00f6rnekler veren Emin, s\u00f6zkonusu sertifikalar\u0131n \u00e7evreye faydalar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle \u00f6zetledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk Leed sertifikal\u0131 ticari ofis projesi Tekfen Levent binas\u0131, y\u00fczde 34 enerji verimli bir bina. Levent\u2019in de sertifikal\u0131 ilk binas\u0131. Y\u00fczde 30 kullan\u0131m suyu verimlili\u011fi, y\u00fczde 50\u2019nin \u00fczerinde peyzaj sulama suyu tasarrufu sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Adana\u2019n\u0131n ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk Breeam Post-Construction sertifikal\u0131 binas\u0131 Toyota Plaza Onat\u00e7a, ayn\u0131 zamanda ilk \u201cA\u201d s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 enerji kimlik belgesine sahip. Binada 20 kW kapasiteli bir fotovoltaik sistemi bulunuyor. Bu sistem,zaman\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir ticari binaya konulan en b\u00fcy\u00fck ikinci sistem. Sistemin y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji \u00fcretimi 30.000 kWh.
