Bu iyile\u015fme rakam\u0131yla da, T\u00fcrkiye enerji konusunda y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 5-6 milyar dolarl\u0131k tasarruf sa\u011flayabilir. Bu y\u00fczden \u00f6zellikle enerji verimlili\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n, gerek \u00e7evresel gerek toplumsal gerekse ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131dan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir gelecek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok kritik oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00c7aml\u0131bel, t\u00fcketiciler nezdinde ye\u015fil bina kelimesinin \u00e7ok karma\u015f\u0131k ve ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 bir o kadar da g\u00fc\u00e7 bir yap\u0131 olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne i\u015faret ederek, ye\u015fil binalar\u0131n, in\u015faat maliyetlerinin \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu gibi bir kan\u0131 bulundu\u011funu, oysa ye\u015fil binan\u0131n geli\u015ftiriciye maliyetinin proje b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fken olmakla birlikte yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 2 ile y\u00fczde 5 aras\u0131nda seyretti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Ye\u015fil binalarda sa\u011flanan enerji tasarrufuyla k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede maliyetin geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn elde edilebilece\u011fini anlatan \u00c7aml\u0131bel, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: &#8220;Ye\u015fil binalarda enerjide y\u00fczde 50 -70&#8217;e varan tasarruf sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zleniyor. Mevcut ya da yeni yap\u0131lacak olan yap\u0131larda ye\u015fil bina olu\u015fumu i\u00e7in belli kriterlerin sa\u011flanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik en \u00f6nemli sertifikasyon sistemlerinden biri olan sertifika sistemleri ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir ara\u00e7 g\u00f6revi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Soyak Holding binas\u0131 var olan binalar kategorisinde LEED sertifikas\u0131 almaya hak kazanan \u00fclkemizdeki ilk binad\u0131r. Bu sayede holding merkezinde hem bir bilin\u00e7 olu\u015fturmu\u015f, hem de fiziksel ko\u015fullar\u0131n revizyonuyla \u00e7e\u015fitli noktalarda tasarruf sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcm binada y\u00fcksek tasarruflu su armat\u00fcrleri ve s\u0131hhi tesisat se\u00e7ilerek, su t\u00fcketiminde y\u00fczde 40, yine bina \u00e7evresi peyzaj\u0131nda yerli bitki t\u00fcrleri ve tasarruflu sulama metotlar\u0131 se\u00e7ilerek, sulama ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lan suda y\u00fczde 80 gibi tasarruf rakamlar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.
