Bu \u00f6zel projelere Altensis dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k veriyor\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul&#8217;da 2016&#8217;da bitirilmesi hedeflenen Uluslararas\u0131\u00a0Finans Merkezi\u00a0projesinde hayata ge\u00e7irilecek t\u00fcm in\u015faatlar\u00c7evre Dostu\u00a0olacak. \u0130FM projesi i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanan master plan ve m\u00fchendislik raporunda, b\u00f6lgede\u00a0\u0130n\u015faat\u00a0yapacak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n en az LEED G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f Sertifikas\u0131 elde etmesi zorunlu hale getirildi. Ancak b\u00f6lgedeki t\u00fcm projeler, Altensis firmas\u0131n\u0131n dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131tay\u0131 y\u00fckselterek LEED Gold sertifikas\u0131 almak \u00fczere haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131yor. 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik y\u00f6netimi konusunda dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k veren Altensis, \u0130FM&#8217;deki tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve in\u015faat\u0131 devam eden t\u00fcm projelerde\u00a0Ye\u015fil Bina\u00a0dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131yor.<br \/>\nAltensis Kurucu Orta\u011f\u0131 Emre Il\u0131cal\u0131 &#8220;Projelerde m\u00fchendislik ve mimarl\u0131k firmalar\u0131 ile birlikte\u00a0Ye\u015fil Bina\u00a0ve\u00a0Tasar\u0131ms\u00fcrecini y\u00f6netiyoruz. Halihaz\u0131rda Ziraat Bankas\u0131, Halk GYO, Vak\u0131fbank, A\u011fao\u011flu ve TAO\u00a0Gayrimenkul&#8217;e ait IFM projelerinedan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve m\u00fchendislik hizmetleri veriyoruz. Bu projelerin her birinin ortalama maliyeti 350-400 milyon USD seviyesinde oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse, Altensis olarak sadece \u0130FM&#8217;de 2 milyar USD&#8217;lik proje portf\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fcn ye\u015fil bina dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve LEED sertifika s\u00fcreci y\u00f6netimini \u00fcstlenmi\u015f bulunuyoruz&#8221; dedi.<br \/>\nMaster planlanlar\u0131nda belirtilen en az %1&#8217;lik yenilenebilir\u00a0Enerji\u00a0hedefine istinaden\u00a0\u0130stanbul Finans Merkezi\u00a0projesi tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak toplam 2.000 kW kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde\u00a0Yenilenebilir Enerji\u00a0kapasitesine sahip olacak. Bu anlamda, yenilenebilir enerjiyi ve\u00a0Enerji\u00a0verimlili\u011fini \u00f6nceliklendiren \u015fekilde tasarlanan\u00a0\u0130stanbul\u00a0Finans Merkezi Projesi\u00a0sonu\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131nda en az % 30 oran\u0131nda enerji ve su verimlili\u011fi sa\u011flayacak.
