{"id":3675,"date":"2013-10-19T10:09:29","date_gmt":"2013-10-19T07:09:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.altensis.com\/en\/2013\/10\/30\/kopyasi-avrupadan-verimli-konutlara-destek\/"},"modified":"2013-10-30T10:11:47","modified_gmt":"2013-10-30T08:11:47","slug":"altensis-epd-2-2-2-2-2-5-3-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.altensis.com\/en\/2013\/10\/19\/altensis-epd-2-2-2-2-2-5-3-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Altensis, Finans Merkezi\u2019ni ye\u015fil\u2019lendirecek"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ye\u015fil binalar konusunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki in\u015faat firmalar\u0131na dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k yapan Altensis, \u0130stanbul Finans Merkezi\u2019nde tasar\u0131m\u0131 devam eden t\u00fcm projelerde ye\u015fil bina dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n<p>2016\u2019da bitirilmesi hedeflenen Uluslar aras\u0131 \u0130stanbul Finans Merkezi projesinde hayata ge\u00e7irilecek t\u00fcm in\u015faatlar\u0131n ye\u015fil bina olmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. \u0130FM projesi i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanan master plan ve m\u00fchendislik raporunda, b\u00f6lgede in\u015faat yapacak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n en az LEED G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f Sertifikas\u0131 elde etmesi zorunlu hale getirildi. 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebililik y\u00f6netimi konusunda dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k veren Altensis firmas\u0131, \u0130FM\u2019deki tasar\u0131m\u0131 devam eden t\u00fcm projelerde ye\u015fil bina dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131yor. Altensis Kurucu Orta\u011f\u0131 Emre Il\u0131cal\u0131 \u201cProjelerde m\u00fchendislik ve mimarl\u0131k firmalar\u0131 ile birlikte ye\u015fil bina ve tasar\u0131m s\u00fcrecini y\u00f6netiyoruz. Ziraat Bankas\u0131, Halkbank, Vak\u0131fbank,\u00a0\u00a0Tahincio\u011flu, Abdi \u0130brahim ve Mar Yap\u0131\u2019n\u0131n IFM Projesi\u2019ne dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k veriyoruz. Bu projelerin her birinin ortalama maliyeti 350-400 milyon USD seviyesinde oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse, Altensis olarak sadece \u0130FM\u2019de 2 milyar USD\u2019lik projenin ye\u015fil bina dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve LEED sertifika s\u00fcreci y\u00f6netimini \u00fcstlenmi\u015f bulunuyoruz\u201d dedi. \u0130stanbul Finans Merkezi\u2019nin tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda enerji t\u00fcketiminin en az\u0131 y\u00fczde 1\u2019i oran\u0131nda yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131na sahip olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Il\u0131cal\u0131, \u201c Merkezin in\u015faat\u0131nda en az % 30 enerji ve su verimlili\u011fi, merkezi enerji merkezi ve biyoyak\u0131t v.b. yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00a0kullan\u0131m\u0131, gri su ve ya\u011fmur sular\u0131n\u0131n toplanarak yeniden de\u011ferlendirilmesi, ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, yerel ve adapte olmu\u015f az su t\u00fcketen bitki se\u00e7imleri, ge\u00e7irgen sert zemin kaplamalar\u0131, \u0130n\u015faat kirlili\u011finin \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131, at\u0131klar\u0131n geri kazan\u0131m\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir malzeme kullan\u0131m\u0131, uluslar aras\u0131 standartlara uygun havaland\u0131rma sistemleri, g\u00fcn\u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 strateji gibi \u00a0\u00e7evre dostu, kaynak verimlili\u011fi ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik stratejiler kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ye\u015fil binada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n performans\u0131 y\u00fckseliyor!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ye\u015fil binalar\u0131n yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmayan binalara g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksek sat\u0131\u015f\/kira geliri elde ettiklerini s\u00f6yleyen Il\u0131cal\u0131, \u201cBunun sebebi binalar\u0131n i\u015fletme giderlerinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve konforuna y\u00f6nelik y\u00fcksek performanslar\u0131 ve pazarlama avantajlar\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0 Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde sertifikal\u0131 ye\u015fil binalarda kira gelirlerinde ortalamada % 10 ila 20 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen oranlarda art\u0131\u015flar tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Ye\u015fil bina sistemleri bu sorunlar\u0131 daha planlama ve tasar\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda ele alarak ileride olu\u015fabilecek olas\u0131 problemleri bug\u00fcnden \u00f6ng\u00f6rerek problem ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmadan engellemeyi hedefler\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.
