Bisikletli ve Yaya Ula\u015f\u0131m Sistemi kapsam\u0131nda g\u00fczerg\u00e2hlar se\u00e7en \u0130BB, yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar neticesinde, \u0130stanbul\u2019un neresinde bisiklet yolu olabilece\u011fini saptad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130SPARK yetkilileri, \u00f6ncelikli b\u00f6lgelerin se\u00e7ildi\u011fini ve bisiklet yollar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in planlamalar\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi. \u0130BB\u2019nin 2008\u2019de yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 planlamaya g\u00f6re de, Anadolu yakas\u0131nda 363, Avrupa yakas\u0131nda 641 kilometre olmak \u00fczere, \u0130stanbul \u00e7ap\u0131nda toplam 1004 kilometre bisikletli ve yaya yolu yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00d6ncelikli g\u00fczerg\u00e2hlar\u0131n 4 seviyeye ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 planlamada, ilk etapta, 1. ve 2. \u00f6ncelikli g\u00fczerg\u00e2hlar aras\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k 24 kilometre uzunlu\u011fundaki Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y \u0130DO \u0130skelesi-Alibeyk\u00f6y aras\u0131, yakla\u015f\u0131k 4.5 kilometre uzunlu\u011fundaki Emin\u00f6n\u00fc- Be\u015fikta\u015f Meydan\u0131 aras\u0131 ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 32.5 kilometre uzunlu\u011fundaki \u00dcsk\u00fcdar- Kartal aras\u0131 yollar\u0131n imalat\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130lk Etapta \u00dccretsiz Kullan\u0131m <\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130SPARK yetkilileri, deneme ama\u00e7l\u0131 yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk kez Kayseri\u2019de ba\u015flayan kiral\u0131k bisiklet uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n ilgi g\u00f6rmemesi sonucu kentten getirilen bisikletlerin \u0130stanbul\u2019da kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Yetkililer 35-40 civar\u0131nda bisikletin Sultanahmet ve Beyaz\u0131t merkezli olarak kiralanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ilk a\u015famada \u00fccret al\u0131nmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Takip eden d\u00f6nemde ise yine ilk yar\u0131m saat \u00fccretsiz olmak \u00fczere, saati 1 ya da 2 liradan kiralama yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. G\u00fcnl\u00fck, haftal\u0131k ve ayl\u0131k tarifeler ise hen\u00fcz belirlenmedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Londa&#8217;da T\u00fcrk K\u00f6kenli Ba\u015fkan Uygulamay\u0131 Ba\u015flatt\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\n* Kiral\u0131k bisiklet uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n Avrupa\u2019daki ticari boyutu o kadar b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc ki, \u00f6nde gelen kentlerde bu hizmeti veren pek \u00e7ok \u00f6zel \u015firket kuruldu.<br \/>\n* \u00d6rne\u011fin, hem bisikletin do\u011fdu\u011fu yer olan hem de Bisiklet Turu ile \u00fcnlenen Fransa\u2019da yaln\u0131z spor de\u011fil, ula\u015f\u0131m i\u00e7in de bu ara\u00e7 s\u0131kl\u0131kla kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Ba\u015fkent Paris\u2019te bisiklet kiralaman\u0131n saatlik \u00fccreti 1 Euro. Haftal\u0131k kiralamaya 5, y\u0131ll\u0131k abonmanl\u0131k i\u00e7in 29 Euro \u00f6deniyor.<br \/>\n* Hollanda\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Amsterdam da bisiklet gezileriyle \u00fcnl\u00fc. Amsterdam\u2019da 2 saatlik bisiklet kiralama \u00fccreti 4 Euro civar\u0131nda. G\u00fcnl\u00fck kiralama i\u00e7in 6.5, 6 g\u00fcn i\u00e7in 27.25 Euro gerekiyor.<br \/>\n* Londra\u2019da da 2010\u2019da ba\u015flayan pilot uygulama ile kentin 400 ayr\u0131 noktas\u0131na 6 bin kadar kiral\u0131k bisiklet yerle\u015ftirildi. Kentte uygulamay\u0131 T\u00fcrk k\u00f6kenli Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Boris Johnson ba\u015flatt\u0131. Londra\u2019da g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fccret 1, haftal\u0131k 5 ve y\u0131ll\u0131k 45 sterlin.<br \/>\n* \u0130spanya\u2019n\u0131n turistik merkezi Barselona\u2019da belediye 2007\u2019de kiral\u0131k bisiklet uygulamas\u0131 ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f. Bug\u00fcn pek \u00e7ok \u00f6zel \u015firket de kiralama yap\u0131yor. Saatlik \u00fccret 3 Euro civar\u0131nda. G\u00fcnl\u00fck ise 10 Euro\u2019yu buluyor.<br \/>\n* \u015eehiri\u00e7i ula\u015f\u0131mda motor ve vespalar\u0131n \u00f6nemli yer tuttu\u011fu \u0130talya\u2019da bisiklet de yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131yor.
